With the A Better Bounce Card 3.0 EXTRA-LARGE Flash Diffuser you can flash soft light in places you never could before. Of course, the front is reflective white and the back is professional black, but the BIG story here is the size of this beautiful bounce card.
You get approximately an 8 x 8 inches of reflective area that will throw out a LOT of soft bounced diffused light. I personally suggest using the wide angle diffuser that is built into your camera's hot shoe flash unit, or setting the zoom on the flash unit to it's widest setting.
Since the Extra-Large ABBC 3.0 is for dark places and places you have nothing to bounce off of, you want to make the flash unit lighting as WIDE as possible. At approximately 8×8 in size, the A Better Bounce Card3.0 EXTRA LARGE is still light as a feather and soft so no damage is done if accidentally "whacking' something or someone.
The lighting from this unit is beautiful and now you CAN use flash outdoors and in "batcaves" where flash had to be done in direct "yuck" mode. What makes this the ABBC 3.0? This is the third generation A Better Bounce Card technology.
The back is a flat matte black for a pro look, but the front reflective side is all brand new. The white is a much brighter white and closer to the same white balance your flash unit is using – giving you a more brilliant whiter daylight coloring. The new ABBC 3.0 units have tear resistant technology, as you use them and give them a licking – they just keep right on ticking.
The A Better Bounce Card 3.0 EXTRA LARGE Flash Diffuser works just like all the other ABBC diffuser cards – use it instantly in both portrait and in landscape camera orientation. Mount it on the narrow side of the flash for instant turning of your flash upwards.
This unit is not recommended for around the room bouncing, use the ABBC Eye-Shield unit. A Better Bounce Card 3.0 EXTRA LARGE measures approx 8×9 inches.
